What does it cost?
$9.99 plus 1.5% of your rent each month. On $1,500 rent that's about $32.49. Applying is free, and you can cancel anytime.
Who gets set up?
We look at where your paycheck lands and how your money moves, not a credit score. Around half of applicants get set up, including gig workers and people new to credit. If we can't see enough yet, we'll say so and tell you what would change that.
Does Implicity Management see any of this?
Implicity Management sees a normal rent payment, in full, on the due date. Your lease and your portal don't change. Implicity Management offers Split Pay because rent that fits your paycheck is rent that arrives on time.
What if I want to stop?
Cancel anytime from the app. Pay the next month's rent straight through the portal as you did before.
